CRM Tooling for B2X

We are proud to announce that B2X Care Solution assigned I-TEC to develop a CRM Tooling.

This CRM Application will be used by all B2X Care Solutions partner call centers world wide. The I-TEC Solution will handle all customer requests - including the complete history of each product.

The System is designed to handle up to 2500 cases per hour and covers the complete process. This includes generating orders for logistical partners to pick up the product at customer premises to provide first class service for the customer.

The Call Centre agents will access the CRM system via a web based Client. Also reports of the CRM system are available real time to optimize the controlling. I-TEC
