i-tec has recently extended its activities in performing technical audits.

Our customers are manufacturers which use a network of contracted workshops to run the production or service business as well as service providers which offers manufacture- and repair services. The audits are tailored from low up to high level, dependent on the structure of the organization which is audited.

Focussing on the customer perspective and optimum economic aspects, audit concepts are worked out and carried out at workshop locations all over the world. An in-depth pre-audit observation on reporting data will enable our customers to select candidates for audits.

Detailed reports containing findings, conclusions and corrective action proposals will help our customer to identify problems and defining corrective actions and countermeasures. Our audit evaluation system allows our customers to easily rank the results as well as to follow up the problems.
