I-tec´s Current Fox is using this principle to detect malfunctions provide analysis and troubleshooting via current consumption evaluation.
The switch on procedure is a complex process and therefore it is difficult to identify defective components.

Whereas measuring instruments for the most part could only decide whether there is a malfunction or not, Current Fox is able to give a more detailed analyze. Deposited data also indicate which component is out of order.

The debugging


The process takes place as follows:

1.) Current conduction measurement of the product in question
2.) Comparison to the golden device
3.) Automatic calibration of the points of origin
4.) Error report


The Current Fox test software creates a standardized reference, which compares the applied measuring instrument and type of phone.
To get a unit benchmark inside the affiliated gradient, Current Fox fits the graphs into position independently.

After all, the consumer is not interested in who is repairing their mobile phone, only that it is repaired and returned to them quickly and to their satisfaction. If the consumer is dissatisfied with the service, he might quit the business relationship.

The export option allows transferring the measured data to MS-Excel and Access.

Equipment:

The Current Fox- hardware is connected to the defective device to be tested, instead of an accumulator. The Current Fox software analyzes the charging rate.
