EAGLE live @ B2X

August 2008: Service execution tool EAGLE roll out is finished successfully!
B2X Care Solutions is now using the service execution tool EAGLE designed by i-tec worldwide.

We are proud to announce that EAGLE is in live operation to track, control and execute repair & service for B2X Care Solutions customers. B2X Care Solutions is using EAGLE at point of sales and repair partners in their worldwide setup in order to optimize and control the processes.

Due to the modular architecture of EAGLE, i-tec was able to customize EAGLE easily to B2X special requirements. i-tec has embedded EAGLE via web services into the IT and data structure of B2X Care Solutions. Therefore EAGLE is now in permanent real time synchronization to ERP, call center, web shop and logistic tooling.
